Director's KYC Filing
Every director who has been allotted a Directors Identification Number (DIN) at the end of financial year and whose DIN is in approved status, will have to file KYC form before 30th September of immediately following financial year. This applicable form financial year 2019-20 onwards.

Every director who have been allotted a DIN and who have submitted e-Form DIR-3 KYC in any of the previous financial year and who do not require to update his KYC details may use DIR-3 KYC WEB for his KYC verification

Every director whose has been allotted a DIN allotted on or before 31st March of the previous financial year shall file e-Form DIR-3 KYC with ROC on or before 30th September of immediately following financial year
